Here’s a solution dealing with Samsung Galaxy J7 SM-J710F Power On-Off or End key malfunction. If the device will unable to power and it shows charging indication when the battery charger is plug-in this solution might help and fix the problem.
First of all check the phone if anything else is not causing this problem. If your phone is off and you can’t check the button plug the charger in and see if the phone is charging, if it isn’t turning and it isn’t charging too then probably the problem is with your phone’s software and you need to flash it. If the phone is on or charging but the power button is not working make the jumpers as shown in the diagram below.

Hardware Solution:
In troubleshooting the End/Power On Off key problem, you may first check the keypad flex assembly for possible damaged or try to replace it with a new replacement spare.
If the Flex ribbon cable seems good and or already tried replacing it but it doesn’t solved the problem, check the connection line paths of the power on off key from the flex pin connector down to the resistor
