Here’s the full solution for Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom SM-C101 SIM card problem that it does not accept or detect any SIM card being inserted to it. This solution shows the full line paths or connection tracks of the Nokia SIM circuit, from th SIM pin connector through to the SIM filter IC and to the inner most part of the main chips solder ball bumps.

Samsung SM-C101 Insert Sim Card Hardware Procedure
Clean SIM jacket contacts and check.
Check all capacitors with the help of a multi-meter, if any of them is faulty replace it.
Check all track ways from sim card connector with the help of a multi-meter, if any of them is faulty make a jumper.
If everything else fails then gently heat SIM Card IC, if that method doesn’t work then Re-ball or replace IC or remove sim IC and make a jumper with the help of Jumper Wire.
